Is this college is good for HR specialization? Please provide detail of last year HR placement.

Yes absolutely. Asia-Pacific Institute of Management is renowned for its HR education. The HR placement of AIM has been outstanding year after year. The highest package last year was INR 9.5 LPA through Kwench Consulting.

Dear Shefali, One good thing about Asia-Pacific is that it provides equal weightage when it comes to placements for all the specialization it offers, of course HR being one of its sought after specializations. The director himself is the HR/OB faculty, along with some of the top faculties, who have several feathers added to their academic feather. Coming back to placements, you may check the detailed placements on their website, however, to name a few, they have Blue Ocean ventures, Authbridge, Infoedge, ITC, L'oreal etc where students have been placed from HR. The highest have gone upto 11.8 Lacs at Blue Ocean Ventures.

Xavearian group is best for HR (XISS Ranchi, XIME Blore, XIME Kochi, XIB) etc . Do not expect much from average college for HR profile, as HR profile is not widely available in corporate now a days.
