    HI Supratik. When you have to stand visible in a crowd you must have some qualities to shine among rest. The Strictness will overall make your corporate life easy when others will find it tough. Yes there is little strictness, sometimes you will feel irritated also but it all a part of corporate training. There are almost very few off you will get from college but in some ways you will feel at the end that its all worth it.

    Yes college is strict , students faces too much pressure of surprise test. Attendance plays very imp role in placement. So you have to maintain at least 95% LHR to sit for campus placement. And min 80 % to sit for exams.
    Too much of Rules & they are very unique. No holidays in a year, everyday has a class , no cell phones allowed in the class. On other side to distress there is a DJ party every month, lots of activities goes one every month . This is how college teaches us how to make your self happy by jst keeping yourself busy every day .
