    If you want a good job, let me tell you that instead of short courses, go for masters.
    If you are not interested in the technical side, like M.Tech or M.E, you can opt for Management, i.e. and MBA.
    You can target the following specializations:
    Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure
    Construction Economics & Quantity Surveyors
    Construction Project Management.
