No, it is a 2 years Master's course, but not equivalent to MBA because you see, MHRM course focuses strictly on HR domain. You will be given complete knowledge in human recruitment strategies and evaluations whereas in MBA, you get to choose from a range of choice as Marketing, Finance, HR, Business analytics, Productions, etc.
So, I would suggest you to choose your course wisely as it might shape your future.

Yes, because the course will give you a full-time masters degree just like MBA.
No, because the placement is not that good like MBA.
Last year, nearly 60% pupils got placed. This year too the trend is tending to follow the previous year's.
