Is this executive MBA equivalent to a Masters degree? Can I pursue PhD after it?

No.Executive program provided by IIBM is not a degree and will not count as a year of education for doing PhD.Institute misleads students by informing it is equivalent to masters.The institute does not provide UGC approve degree.

Yes, it is equivalent as it is a masters degree which makes you eligible for PhD. So, now don't hesitate and make list of universities and make it to be a doctorate.Though you can check CT University Ludhiana for the same. Good Luck
