From their website it is mentioned that they have some association with VIT University and Annamalai University. Check UGC website for recognition of these universities. You may find details about recognition on below link-

Our BSc Multimedia is recognized by Annamalai University of Tamilnadu. This is one of the Oldest Universities of India with over 90 years of its establishment.
