Is this PGDM course equal to 2 year master course & after this course are we eligible for P.hd. Can we do this course through distance mode.

No, you are not allowed in BIMTECH, and in matter any other B-school to do the 2 year PGDM/MBA in distance mode. There are separate distance mode programs if you are interested, but they are considered to be different than Full time PGDM/MBA programs when you sit for your placements.
