Hi,
The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed Course is Bachelor of Arts BA. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc Bachelor of commerce form a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks, or Bachelors in Engineering or technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks

Yes, you are eligible. You can do B.Ed after BE.
