Is this true BITS, Pilani doesn't guarantee placement in PGDM? I have appeared for CAT 2018 & hope to clear the cutoff of BITS, Pilani.

Will I be eligible to apply & is there chances to shortlist my profile for GD-PI? My profile: 10th-74.50% 12th-75% graduation-59.60% (stream literature) M.A. -55.00% and work experience - 1 year (HR domain).

The average placements for 2018 batch was Rs 10 Lacs. You can find more detailed information on official website. Regarding guarantee query, no reputed institute in the world claims that it guranatees placement. The reputation of such institutes is enough to attract great companies. You will get ample opportunities here including KPMG, CISCO, Zomato, Maybank, Accenture, McKinsey to name a few. I hope this answers your query.

First of all BITS, Pilani has MBA not PGDM. Not only BITS but none of the colleges guarantee placement. BITS although is having 100 percent placement. Placement completely depends upon the student. BITS placement cells gives enough opportunities to all the students. If you are capable you can get it. So don't worry about placement. Your profile seems fine. Application has started you can apply.
    All the best.
