NIIT University is notified by Government of Rajasthan (GOR) vide Ordinance No 4 of 2009 dated Oct. 14, 2009 subsequently promulgated as an Act 5 of 2010 dated April 3rd , 2010
All State University are covered u/s 2 (f) of UGC act
