Is this worth by doing ccna+ccnp+ccie r & s course after b.tech and having 5 years experience in telecom field?

i am b.tech ece engineer having 5 years in telecommunication.but my career not going well as supposed.now i want to make my way to networking field by doing ccie course.suggest me any other course which is better for me.

yes if you do any certificate course in networking line and clear certification then certification have good value and help you to get good job or get good appraisal in your current job
