Students interested in teaching careers should consider TNTEU's B.A. B.Ed. in English because this degree unites language research with education training. The TNTEU may not provide the most suitable pathway since it does not deliver a standard B.A. in English programme unless you pursue teaching certification. You should explore additional universities which provide a separate B.A. in English program.

TNTEU does not guarantee 100% placement. University support includes career counseling along with training and workshops that assist students to find employment in schools and colleges and educational institutions. The level of placement success depends on how well students perform and their skill levels combined with the availability of job positions within the market. The university advises students to participate in internships alongside training programs in order to enhance their chances of getting hired. Consult the placement cell at the university for complete information.
