is transfer of credit possible from wbchse to nios board?
i could not pass my 12 due to illness from wbchse and have decided to do it from nios. is transfer of credit possible for me.

Well I really doubt if there is any such provision as per your requirements but then in that case, you can confirm it from the WBCHSE.
