Tripura University is considered a prominent institution in the state and is ranked 176th in India out of 876 universities by Edu Rank. It has also been ranked 1st in Agartala, India, and 1st in Tripura by the same ranking.
Additionally, Tripura University has been accredited grade ‘B’ by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and was ranked 88 in India in 2022 by NIRF.

It is good university with variety of courses offered like BBA, MBA, BSc, MSc, BTech.
The university faculty is good enough to provide all sufficient knowledge to the students .The infrastructure is really good with good library, labs and hostels.
It is very well maintained and university provides many recreational activities.
It may be not too ranked university but it is good. For studies and infrastructure.
