Four year undergraduate Engineering BSc Engg awarded by German Universities is equivalent to BTech/ BE in India and acceptable across the globe. By the way, few years back in India also BSc Engg was the engineering degree awarded by few of Indian universities.

you need not worry about BE , BTech BSc. All are equal under graduate degree. Most of the foreign University offer this as MSc or BSc as it is bachelor if science and master of science. if you have 80% marks you can get admission in Germany. you also need German language certificate and also IELTS
