Yes, it is sufficient but you should also go through NCERTs once. They are the most important!

It is a good book indeed, but the questions are slightly controversial, causing further doubts. I'd recommend NCERT on your fingertips and exemplar along with modules instead.

I don't think you even have to read those thick books for your NEET UG. Read NCERT book line to line very carefully about atleast 50 to 60 times before your exam it will solve most of your questions.
