    No, TSICET (Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test) is not for all India candidates. It is a state-level entrance examination conducted by Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) for admission to MBA and MCA courses in colleges in the state of Telangana. The exam is open to candidates who are Indian nationals and have completed their Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks for general category and 45% marks for reserved category candidates.
