Is UCL good for mechanical engineering(m.Eng)? What would be the entry requirements like the percentage that has to be achived in +2?

Hi UCL is one of the best and reputed colleges in the UK. I would suggest you to opt for a BEng or a BE and not MEng. As believed by many that MEng is a Masters or an integrated course, which it is not. MEng is just a Bachelors course and the student needs to study for 4 yrs instead of a normal 3 yr

UCL is one of the best colleges in UK. UCL alone has produced more than twenty Nobel prize winners in most fields. But very hard to get admission. You should have an aggregate of atleast 90% in 12th std.
