    The University of Central Oklahoma is a public institute that is located in Edmond. This city is one of the Top 10 the safest cities in America. For international students, at the undergraduate level, more than 115 degrees are offered and at the graduate level, more than 75 degrees are offered. The average size of the class at UCO is 20-25 students.
