Is UIIT Shimla or JNGEC sundernagar good for B.Tech Civil? How are the placements at UIIT?

Better to go for UIIT Shimla in comparison to JNGEC Sundernagar. But, I don't know whether B.Tech civil is there or not. Better to try for CSE in UIIT. Secondly may be for civil, you can try JNGEC. Placement of UIIT is not that good. Average is near about INR. 2-3 Lacs per annum.
