Is UPES Dehradun better or private colleges of UPTU?

My rank is UPES is 1660 and my rank in uptu is 17000. couselling of upes is on 25th june so i have to make my decisiion before that. So which one is better UPES Dehradun or Private colleges of UPTU which i can get on my rank? My class 12 %tage is 86%(C.B.S.E) and class 10th is 92%(I.C.S.E)
