    University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES Dehradun) is a prestigious college if you talk of petroleum studies. Civil Engineering in UPES considering that it is not what is UPES known for. But still as compared to regional colleges UPES has good reputation in placement of Civil Engineers.
