Is UPES good for computer science engineering?

Yes, it is good for CSE. If you will do your best then you will get a good placement. Many companies come here which give packages more than 10 LPA. So there are chances that you will get good package. Also academic of UPES is good.

Speaking of the course, then yes, it is good. With specialisation at B.Tech level, one has a high probability of getting a good job. However, if you get admission in IIT/ NIT or BITS, then I won't recommend UPES.
