HI TANVIR, WE ARE THE PSC OF IGNOU. IGNOU IS THE GOVERNING BODY FOR THIS COURSE. THE COURSE IS CONTROLLED AND REGULATED BY IGNOU ITSELF. MOREOVER IGNOU IS THE CENTRAL UNIVERSITY AND AICTE APPROVAL IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE CENTRAL UNIVERSITY. AS FAR AS INSTITUTE IS CONCERN IT IS DIRECTLY COMING UNDER
