Is US a better country than Ireland for MS in CS in the current scenario?
I would also like to know about job prospects in Ireland and the US. Situation is not good in the US.

Ireland, Netherland and New Zealand are the best places to be. You may look for MS with specialization in big data, data analytics to have better options for a job.
