Is USMLE harder than NEET?

With a NEET score of 300 and an All India Rank (AIR) of 442509, it's highly unlikely to get a BAMS seat in a government college, especially if you are from the general category. Government colleges typically have higher cutoffs, often requiring scores above 400 or even 500, depending on the state and category. However, there's a chance if you belong to a reserved category (OBC, SC, ST) or if you are willing to explore options in private colleges or through the management quota or stray vacancy round

Only those candidates who will register for the Kerala NEET counselling process will be able to fill and lock choices. After logging in, they will have to select Course from the dropdown menu. From there, they have to choose "College" and click on update button. After filling all choices, they have to press "Save" button. In the a printout of filled choices must be taken. Candidates can modify/add/delete choices as many times as they want till the closing time as per schedule. Before selecting the colleges or courses, they must check the seat matrix and shortlist the colleges to opt for.

With a NEET rank of 274735, getting a government B.Sc Nursing college is very unlikely, especially for the General category. You may have a slight chance in stray rounds or through state quotas if you're from a reserved category or a low cutoff state.
