No, UUNZ Institute of Business is not a better option than IIM Ahmedabad for doing MBA. This is so because the QS ranking of IIM Ahmedabad is better than UUNZ Institute for doing MBA. The QS World ranking of IIM Ahmedabad is below 56 whereas QS World ranking of UUNZ Institute of Business is 85 world
