    Hi mukesh,
I am not personally connected with Vector institute. But i go through there website personally i like it. Information they provide is very good. They said "the first ISO 9001:2008 certified Embedded and VLSI Training Institute in India."
I think its good institute for embedded course, still my suggestion to you is check there website in details, call them and take detail information what you need, personally visit institute then think of admission.
Actually i personally attach with ACIT institute in bangalore which provide cisco certification courses, diploma, IT, master and post graduate programs.
    Thanks
