Yes, Vel Tech is a good college for BTech as it has been recognised as an 'A' Grade institution by the NAAC. It is also accredited by the NBA and recognised by the AICTE. The college offers various courses with diverse specialisations at UG, PG and PhD level. The duration of the BTech programme is four years and that of the rest of the UG courses is three years. Further, Vel Tech courses are AICTE-approved and are offered to students in affiliation with the Anna University.
