Is VEL Tech University, Chennai the best college for B.Tech?

This university is still developing. The faculty they are providing has an average performance. You can't find them to teach out of the books. Labs are at its best. Placements have up and downs. I will advise you to choose this university when you will not get admission into any other better univers

Both are good to choose, just matters your approach, performance.
As I dont know where you live, do google for colleges near to your reach.
