Is Visakhapatnam a good place to study? I've decided to study there if I go for petroleum engineering.

Before I decide to pursue this career, I would like to study some other courses in Bangalore as I want to enjoy my life along with the studies. Can I enjoy in Visakhapatnam like I can in Bangalore? Is this a nice city?
