VIT is definitely a good university. Being a faculty of LPU I can say that the B Tech CSE programme is one programme that LPU is known for. Well-tailored course content to meet the global industrial needs, good faculty, and state-of-the-art facilities have left many NITs far behind. The B Tech CSE programme primarily deals with the development as well as designing of computer software and hardware processes with a strong focus on courses related to algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme design, computer hardware, computer software, databases, operating systems, computer networking, etc. That are needed to build and solve problems using computers The curriculum taught here is of international standard. Highlights 1. The CSE dept. Of LPU has various tie-ups with Google, Pega, VMWARE, AUTOMATION ANYWHERE, INFORMATICA, COMPUTING TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (CompTIA). The university has state-of-the-art labs with the latest software to provide hands-on practical exposure to students. 2. IITs and NITs are also appreciating campus-wide facilities in terms of IT. 3. Online access to research journals, leading company annual reports and business dissertations with design analysis for ERP. 4. Design and Development of software and databases for data analysis. 5. Option to opt for industry-relevant and industry-delivered skills to enhance placement prospects. 6. Student-driven activities for leadership and technological development 7. I am not quite aware of VIT, Bhopal for their CSE programme but I an aware of CSE programme from LPU, so I will be sharing certain details of LPU with you. Studying these courses as a part of the curriculum that provides the WILD CARD entry to the industry. Some of the industrial Tie-ups include Google, SAP, Cisco, Bosch, Dell EMC, VMware, PEGA Systems, Intel, Microsoft. Many tech giants enforcing the students to adapt to the technology advances. Hello! I would definitely give my vote to LPU because the way LPU is providing education, exposure, placements is commendable. One of my friends did B.Tech (CSE) from LPU and she is working in an MNC now. I had a conversation with her regarding her 4-year journey in LPU and I am going to share her experience with you. 1) The staff is highly qualified many from IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc. And most of them are Ph.D. 2) The curriculum is built keeping in mind the current technology trends. LPU offers different specializations namely IOT, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, and many more. Moreover, they give you the option to choose your pathway elective as well that whether you want a corporate Job or Research or Government Job. 3) The placements at LPU are excellent. The preparation for placements starts from the very first year.
