Yes, VITEEE is necessary to get admission in VIT M.Tech course. You have to get a good rank and that rank would decide your fate whether you would get a seat or not. I hope this helps.

No, VITEEE is only for getting admission in B.Tech programmes. The admission process for M.Tech integrated course is totally based on 12th marks. If you have more than 95% I'm your 12th then it's easy for you to get admission.
