Is VITEEE tough as compared to MHT-CET and JEE Mains exam?

No sir,
JEE is well suited for CBSE students, so it's made tough. While in VIT even students from class 10th syllabus is made to appear, so the paper is made average. -

Each exam is different. If you study, any exam will appear to be simple. Having said this, it must be accepted that JEE Mains is toughest amongst the three that you have mentioned.
