    Yes, the Vivekanand College of Nursing Bhubaneswar is affiliated with Utkal University. It is further approved by the Government of Odisha and is recognised by the Odisha Nurses & Midwives Council. It offers BSc Nursing, Post Basic BSc Nursing, Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery, and several other programmes to students. Vivekanand College of Nursing also offers placement support to students.
