    Yes, Vardhman Mahaveer Open University Kota (VMOU) is a well-known open university in Kota, Rajasthan. Kota Open University was established in 1987 by the Act of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. VMOU is accredited with an A Grade by NAAC. The university is recognised by UGC and is also approved by DEB, AIU, and NCTE.
