Yes, it is directly proportional.

According to me, it is not directly proportional to current because when resistors are connected in series combination current is constant if they will be directly proportionally, then the voltage will also become constant but it is not. If we see in the parallel combination, the voltage is constant

Yes, current can pass through our body. You may have heard about electric accidents, our body is made up of matter due which current passes through our body. That is why it is said that high voltage is dangerous.
