At Ajeenkya Mbbs Prof.courses have the highest fees, B.Sc courses have low fees and WBUHS fees is not that much opened to site so you can choose accordingly as WBUHS provides the best knowledge you want famous for their study .on the other hand Ajeenkya is famous for their infrastructure and very reowned institute.

Because of the differences in location and facilities, I believe WBUHS is more expensive than Ajeenkya Institute of Management Study. WBUHS is located in Kolkata, a major city with a higher cost of living. Ajeenkya Institute is situated in Pune, a smaller and less congested city. WBUHS also has more advanced medical education equipment and infrastructure, which may raise fees. These are my personal opinions as a student who conducted online research on both institutes.
