Is WCTM in Gurgaon best for BTech Computer Science? Is this a government college?

I have scored 75 percentile in Class 12 and 60 percentile in JEE Mains.

    WCTM is a private institution, not a government college. It is affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak.

    While WCTM offers decent facilities and education for B.Tech in Computer Science, it may not be considered the best option when compared to top engineering colleges like IITs, NITs etc.
