Not only are they about to enter into a new phase in their lives, but they are also about to throw a party that they and many of their guests will remember forever. As a wedding planner, you must be sensitive to others' needs. You have to be able to remain calm in the face of adversity and soothe nerves (not only your own) when things don't go as planned.
