<p>WGSHA has a 30 minute multiple-choice exam for admission to assess candidates knowledge, skills and confidence. The exam has no negative marking for the same. Following the exam candidates partcipate in the group discussions, panel interviews and individual interviews to assess their communication skills. A merit list is then created considering all of the above. All this can be easly mastered with repition and diligence for the exam meaning&nbsp; that it is not that difficult to crack the exam as well as the interviews.&nbsp;</p>
