Westford Institute of Film Technology (WIFT) was founded under the support and guidance of the Westford Academy and Training Pvt. Ltd. WIFT stands for an education system with state-of-the-art training facilities, which has made its name in the list of Indian film institutes. In 2017, WIFT won the Best Film Institute- Kerala award at the Indywood Film Carnival held at Ramoji Film City.
