Yes, wilp from bits are eligible for GATE exam. Under the UGC (Institution of Eminence Deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2017, BITS Pilani is classified as an Institution of Eminence. BITS Pilani's Work Integrated Learning Programmes (WILP) are a one-of-a-kind set of educational opportunities for working professionals. WILP are an extended version of the BITS Pilani Campuses' programmes and are analogous to the normal programmes in terms of unit/credit requirements and academic rigour. Furthermore, it capitalises on and expands on students' experience in the field through a high degree of integration, resulting in not only knowledge upgradation but also up skilling and increased productivity. Degrees, diplomas, and certificates in science, technology/engineering, management, and humanities and social sciences may be awarded as a result of the programme. So this is UGC approved and hence you are eligible for GATE exam .
