Is WILP M.Tech SS in BITS Pilani UGC approve? Can a WILP BITS M.Tech holder pursue PhD from an IIT or other reputed institution?

Can he appear for NETSET exams? Please reply as soon as possible because the last date for enrollment is 11-June-2016.

BITS Pilani is approved by UGC.Sure you can pursue PhD from any institutions including IIT

My question is about WILP program, not a regular program. I think they have mentioned on their website itself that it's not recognised.
