    Ofcourse, yes it is. In fact, MBA is better after 3 years of work experience.

    Hello!
    Yes, it's an important factor since some weight age is generally assigned to it by the colleges during the admission process. Though it is not mandatory to have work experience.

    If you're applying for IIMs and some top B. Schools Work experience is important factor. If you join some Private Tier II or III institutes work experience isn't necessary.
