Is work experience compulsory for pursuing MBA?

No, it is not mandatory that a candidate must have work experience before joining an MBA, especially in India. In other countries where the quality of education is top notch, they prefer candidates with 2 years plus experience.
If you want to do an MBA abroad you must clear GMAT and the precondition
