    No, it is not mandatory that a candidate must have work experience before joining an MBA, especially in India. In other countries where the quality of education is top notch, they prefer candidates with 2 years plus experience.
    If you want to do an MBA abroad you must clear GMAT and the precondition for GMAT is you must have 2 years of experience.
    In India, it doesn't matter anyone with a graduate degree can do MBA.
    Experienced people have some knowledge about the corporate world and how it functions. So, obviously, it helps them during MBA curriculum since the curriculum is such that you get that terms and situations of the corporate wor
