Although, there are many students with work experience pursuing MBA at Karunya School of Management, you can get in as a fresher as well, as most students do. Students from all over India join KSM for its reputation for holistic development of an individual. The exposure that a student gets from KSM is entirely different from all the other institutes in South India. This is due to the student diversity and charismatic management lead by prof. You don't need work experience to get into Karunya School of Management or write an exam to enter the college. I would suggest you to keep this college as your final option, as it is easy to get admission. Management is poor and the facilities need to be consulted properly and above all, Karunya School of Management doesn't have a permanent campus.

No, it's not at all compulsory to have work experience if you want to pursue MBA. A fresher can also apply. The minimum criteria is to be a graduate with almost 50%.
Regarding the exams, there are various entrance exam Like CAT, MH-CET, XAT, MAT, SNAP,CMAT etc.
You'll have to get through the website of your desired colleges and see which tests are accepted by that college and prepare accordingly. All the best.
    Thank you.
