Is work experience essential to pursue MBA?
Are there any chances to get a college for a graduate with 1 year of gap and no work experience, if I score well in CAT?
I have completed my graduation in 2014 but I was handling my business of electrical instruments. In PI, if they ask about the gap then can I tell this experience?

U need a good score in a national level entrance exam. Work experience is not compulsory. If u have a 1 year gap u have to give valid reasons for the gap during placements and GDPIs

Different colleges have different selection criteria so some colleges do not give much preferences to work ex while some do. If you do get a high score u will be given more weightage over others

Thanks.but if i get 95% and the other student get 90% but if he has experience then will they give importance to that student or it totally depends on the performance of the candidate in national level exam.
