Dear Rajkumar,
As correctly guided by other experts NO its not mandatory to have experience
for MBA from IIM,
All you need to clear your entrance CAT,
for full time,
For E-MBA experience is mandatory generally for 3-4years

no this is not mandatry , work experience require only for executive MBA not full time MBA
