Is work experience is must to get into MBA from top B-Schools of world like Harvard and Stanford?

It is not mandatory but a necessity to have managerial experience to get admission in top B-Schools in USA. Candidates with 3 to 4 years relevant management experience have better chances in getting admission to MBA and also better chances for placement.
